As per the other topics on this forum, we have a new talk talk hub with the firmware version SG4K100136
This is breaking the VPN i use for work, after reading the other posts on this forum i can see that you can push a new firmware version through to our router that would fix the issue.
I've updated my community profile with my mobile number.
Please could you urgently send this firmware update through so i'm able to work tomorrow?

Will do but it it's at least partially a problem at our end. Unfortunately as I can't get into the system at the moment I don't even know if the firmware update will work when I do get in

I'm experiencing problems communicating with your router, could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and let me know when you've done this and I'll have another try
