Been using this with no problems since April when working from home but been unable to connect since Saturday. I believe the route needs an upgrade but unable to get any response from TalkTalk chat.

Hi helen,
Thank you. I've checked and your router has the most recent version of firmware which should work fine with VPN. Have you tried factory resetting the router and re-setting it back up again?
