Hi
Have been able to resolve work VPN / Endpoint for the last 2 years.
Since today its cannot reach with timeouts. Works with phone hotspot...

I can't see any changes made that would result in your VPN not working.
The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Sure. is there anything of note from your end that happened yesterday when this problem started happening? Firmware update or similar.
as well as the vpn my company exposes a public url that I’m no longer able to resolve on any devices connected to my router

I have already factory reset my router as part of troubleshooting before creating this thread.

Thank you. We've checked and your router has the most recent version of firmware which should work fine for VPN. Could you try factory resetting the router please and then re-testing this again. If the VPN is still not working then we can send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out.
