For some months now I have been unable to view my bill via my browser Mozilla Firefox. It just hangs when trying to load. I am able to access it via Google Chrome.
 
Could you please investigate

Do you restrict the cookie usage, not restricting seems to help with all TalkTalk sites. Plus make sure that you do not disable pop ups or use an ad blocker on MyAccount.
