Hi we have cancelled our broadband and it was due to be disconnected on 15th October 2024 however it has been disconnected now and we have no Wi-Fi please can anyone help us reconnect.

The account shows it was cancelled on the 15th as planned.

There are no staff available on the forum before Monday, @Helen2511.

However, in most cases I have seen, if it's an end of service cease, it would take too long to set up again and probably not before Tuesday anyway.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
