Good Morning,
Could you provide an update on when my service will resume, the recent updates have been less that satisfactory just to say an openreach engineer has been allocated, i have been without service since thursday the 28th of may, i am now starting to incur additional cost for using my mobile data,
Therefore i would like a more detailed update as to when i can expect my broadband to resume to normal service
