Hi,

I could like to upgrade my service. There is no option online, but all of my neighbours have TalkTalk and have better internet.

 

We would like to upgrade URGENTLY as we work from home and the internet is not quick enough.

Are there any offers showing if you log into your My Account? They should show under offers and upgrades.

@thomasjohnson1 I am a wee bit confused by your post. Are you currently with TalkTalk? 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Any upgrade offers should show in your online My Account.

 

What service do you currently have and what speeds are you receiving ?

 

If you're on Fast Broadband/ADSL and no Fibre 35/65 upgrades are showing there may not be availability in the local cabinet.

 

What does the checker below show as available for your address ?
