Urgent request for a returns bag for a TalkTalk router

Hello, on 31/7/25 I received an request by email to return my router and that a prepaid returns bag would be on its way, however it never arrived. Please could someone dispatch a returns bag out as there's a deadline of 27/8/25. The address to send the bag is on my profile's private notes. Thanks for your help.
