I’m looking for some advice on the ongoing problem I’m having accessing my work vpn from home, however I can access from other premises. We haven’t changed our router or settings since I’ve been working at home since March 2020. I’ve tried online chat support but without success.

our router is a Sagemcom C5 50001 and the vpn used is the standard windows version.

What make of router do you have ?
What VPN software are you using ?
Have you checked the tips here, especially the Homesafe settings.
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
