Hi,
I'm having trouble connecting to my work VPN. This happened previously and the fix seemed to be router settings - however since then we have had an updated router and I imagine it needs the same patch or fix.
Can you help please?

Apologies for this. Will it be ok if I make a change to your firmware now?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
