Hi,
My VPN connection stopped working over TalkTalk BB last week. Same problem with all devices / VPN is fine on other connections.

Thanks for confirming this. Was this working ok previously with your VPN?
Would it be possible to try and connect on a different line/connection? (just for testing)

Hi, mine is the same.. Was working fine but tried it over the weekend and its not working. Had same issue late last year and this was due to a Firmware upgrade which was pushed out to the router. Looks like same has happened again as I can connect to VPN without issue from other connections. Last time a replacement router was sent to me which fixed the issue so looks like I may need another router sending with previous Firmware on it?? Can any one Help?

Sorry - my mistake. I have the Huawei hub not the Sagemcom. I am currently connected to it.

The reported issue with VPN is with the Sagemcom hub and the 136 FW.
Could you connect the Sagemcom hub for me please?

Ok, I've seen a few people reporting issues with NordVPN after a firmware upgrade on the Sagemcom, hopefully the support team here will be able to fix it for you tomorrow.

I believe I do have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub.
I am connecting to NordVPN.

Hi @Anonymous,
If you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub then it is likely that it automatically upgraded its firmware overnight recently and that will be causing the problem.
What VPN software do you use, or is it the built in Windows 10/11 VPN.
If you do have the Sagemcom then the support team here will probably be able to resolve the issue by changing some settings on your router, they will hopefully be able to reply to this post tomorrow.
