I cannot connect to VPN again. The issue would appear to be with the router - VPN server end is OK and I can connect via a different router/ phone hot spot etc. I had this problem a few weeks ago and you changed some settings remotely on the router which put it right but now I can't connect again. Please advise as soon as possible.
