VPN has stopped working yesterday after working from home with no issues for over a year. Helpline isnt aware of any issues however numerous other TalkTalk users have reported the same issue. Unable to get assistance from helpline. Appears to be an issue with router, according to other users solutions. Need TalkTalk to acknowledge the issue and resolve ASAP.
