They normally take 24-48 hours to arrive, and they do sometimes arrive on Saturdays and Sundays too, so hopefully you would get it pretty quickly if the staff do think that a replacement router is the best course of action.

Hmm, this seems to be happening to quite a few people, that is a new version of firmware for that router, and several people that are using the windows VPN seem to be having issues.
The staff here will be able to pick this up tomorrow, they may just suggest that they send you a new router of a different model.

What model of router do you have ?
What VPN software are you using ?
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
