Hello
My Wifes VPN has stopped working, used same lap top etc. Her company IT Says to do with router settings have turned off any child safety blocks etc. Appears to be common problem. Not very IT Literate can anyone advise, as getting quite a problem now as cannot work from home any longer.

Apologies, I'm not sure why this is not working after the firmware change.
The only reported issue with VPN was the issue with FW version 136 and I have updated your router to a different FW version. We also don't block VPN.

It has not fixed matters at all. Have tried the lap top at works it dept works fine. Have tried it at neighbours house (not Talk Talk ) works fine so conclude must be talk talk issue. A number of items on internet regarding talk talk and not compatible with VPN recently so what has changed. Can you please advise your next actions as cannot carry on like this.
