VPN Unable to connect

Hi Can someone please help me with my vpn connection? The connection works on other internet providers such as virgin media and BT but im unable to connect with my talktalk broadband connection. I have seen other threads stating the router firmware needs to be updated by talktalk or a new router is required to solve this fault. I have factory reset the router and firewall settings are set to low.

Same router as mine in the video.

Hi Popparris,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your VPN. As Skynet has said, we can try a different firmware version, would you like to give this a  try?

Hi @Popparris,

 

If you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub then this will probably have been caused by the firmware upgrading to a new version.

 

What VPN software do you use, or is it the built in Windows 10/11 VPN ?

 

The support team here will be able to help, if you do have the Sagemcom they will probably be able to fix it by changing the firmware version, they will hopefully be able to reply tomorrow.
