Hi, I have fibre broadband with the following router:
TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub
version SG4K100130
Everything was working fine until night before last - appears that a new firmware was applied to the router, and since then I've been unable to connect to my work's VPN (timesout), also, son has had issues with online gaming.
Have restarted the router, checked DNS settings. I'm an IT Manager so reasonably comfortable making these changes and diagnosing such issues.
Feels like certain ports are being blocked, despite firewall rules.
Normal web browsing is ok (although I would say it's slightly slower than normal), also had Zoom connection drop outs yesterday morning which may or may not be linked.
Nothing else on the network has changed.

Future firmware updates should work fine but you shouldn't automatically be updated to 130 again
