Hi,
I’ve recently received a laptop to start working from home and I can’t connect to the VPN server. I get an error message that says “The VPN connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be completed.” I know it’s an internet issue as it works fine on other wifi networks - can anyone help please?

I’ve spent a lot of time Googling and thought that might be the case, was just hoping to get it working tonight. Guess I’ll just have to wait, thanks for the reply!

Do you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub, as if so this may be related to the version of firmware that is running on the Hub. If that was the case the support team here would be able to update your Hub to use a different version of firmware, which may help resolve the problem, the support team here will be back tomorrow.
