VPN connection suddenly stopped working

Hi, 

I use VPN to connect to my work computer and it suddenly stopped on Monday 26th Sept.  After doing a lot of investigating our IT guys say I need a Firmware update or a new router.  Talktalk customer service were not able to supply either.  Can you help please?

Hi Lorraine,

 

Yes the firmware update is complete. If you are still unable to connect to your VPN can you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest
