I am having trouble connecting to my work VPN from home, I have contacted TALKTALK through the live chat and they suggested the router firmware needs to be updated, and that i should post here to get the issue resolved

Will it be ok if I update your firmware this morning?

 

We advise to keep the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
