VPN not working SGK100130

My work laptop will no longer connect to the VPN. Apparently it is because of the router version SGK100130 I have at home. Please advise!

Hi @catie_v,

 

The support team here on the community probably won't be around until Monday now. If you are using the built in Windows 10/11 VPN then the version of firmware you are using can cause problems, the support team here will probably be able to make some changes to your router settings, or apply a different firmware version when they return on Monday.
