Hi
I am trying to use a VPN, this was working to a few days ago and now it’s not. If I switch the VPN off I can continue as normal but VPN is required for some tasks. Please advise.
Thanks

Could you switch the router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

Could I just ask what happens when you try to connect to the VPN, do you get an error message?

Hi catrinhollings
Do you still need help with this?

Thanks for that. There are no known VPN issues with V206 firmware.
Those two VPN clients that you mentioned Bright & Free VPN, what type of device are you running those on? If they are compatible with any of my devices, I will test them.

I don’t know what you mean by VPN Protocol.

Alas that is the post code for Sagemcom in France! However, that is close enough, you either have the FAST 5364 or 5464.
To find the firmware, go the router's login page at 192.168.1.1. There's no need to login, the firmware is at the bottom left of the page (they call it software).
Your VPN client is a bit vague. What VPN protocol do they use?

1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. What firmware version is it running?
