Since 8th December my main work VPN has stopped working. I have been troubleshooting this with my IT team and we have eliminated my machine, credentials and VPN server. I am only able to connect to this VPN from another location using a different router/ISP.
The VPN I need to connect to uses PPTP - looking at this forum it seems other users started experiencing problems with the same VPN protocol on the same day. I have another VPN that I use that uses ipsec which works fine.
I have spoken to customer services several times and they haven’t been able to help.
This is urgent as I’m not able to do my job so please can you resolve ASAP.
