Which VPN client are you using please? Are your devices also connected wired or wireless when this happens?

Which VPN? What are you wanting talk talk to do? Are. You talking broadband, WiFi, fibre, TV. Any clue would be welcome. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
