Mainly on a night time my wifi connection keeps breaking down. All added devices then boot back up when connection resumes!
I/talktalk uses PAY 24/7 Payments to stay connected & the past 2 days I have had LIMITED Connection. I mainly use it at night but it is Not continuous! I lose last connections & have to redo everything I have started.
My TV brings up the connection icon in red then approx 10 sec later goes green.
This has been the case the past 2 days & it is becoming a chore.
The connection outside has a plastic bag over the connection post from the LAST TIME this was happening!

Hi Ian,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Line test is picking up a potential issue. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line, is there a dial tone?

Well after My hour long communication with TalkTalk on 26/12/23 & being Promised a Result,,, it has Ended Up Worse!
I ran a test on the 19/12/23 & got 42 Now on the 26/12 I am ONLY getting 32 after Their checks & Wizardry
I have had enough & Reported Them to CISAS
I'M Paying money for NOTHING
