There is an open complaint on the account and a follow up has been scheduled for 1/08/2025 between 10:00 - 12:00. I can see that you have reported having an issue with your services and currently experiencing a dropping connection.
Can we please completed diagnostic checks to detect the fault, I will then advise you on the best resolution to fix the fault?

Hey there @Michal4 the account is still active hence you have not yet received your final bill. You will receive final bill once the account has been disconnected.
