Broadband help

For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

We havv done all the test required several times and also last night and it came up the modem at fau

We are totally fed up with the problems we have been having even thought you say it is fine so we would like you to send us a new modem so we can see if that is the problem and system forever flashing  and constantly having no signal  or wifi we have been with talktalk many years and if not resolved we will be leaving talk talk .

Hey there, @Shelaghhorrell. We would first like to apologize for the inconsistencies in your internet. 

 

We'd like to help by perhaps looking into more detail into what's happening with Broadband then we can advise on a more permanent solution, as for the modem, we can't send it without first completing live diagnostic checks with.

 

But we'd like for you give us more details, meaning are experiencing slow speeds, intermittent connection?

Have you noticed any issues with your voice service? Have you tried connecting at the master socket?
