Hi - all of a sudden, I don't seem to be able to access a work related website.
Done all the rebooting etc. Any ideas, please?

Ah I see. Have you also seen the below guide? There is a section on adding a site to your allowed list. Have you tried this?

Afraid I dont. I use an eero pro6, so just have the one.
Everything else works fine, speeds are good, no other websites are blocked - this one particular website just stopped one day. I've spoken to the IT people who look after the website, and they can't see I'm blocked via the IP addresses etc.

Ok, do you have an alternative router that you can test with just to rule this out please? If not then we can send a replacement router.

Ok. Have you also logged into your My Account and checked HomeSafe to see if any categories are blocked? Have you tried a different browser? Have you also cleared your browser's cache?

Hi Michelle,
Just tried that and the website is still blocked. I use a VPN, and it doesn't work whether the VPN is switched off or on. Any device I use trying to connect via my internet connection, I get the error msg. If I use 4g data from my phone as a hotspot, I can access the website on all the devices it's blocked via my broadband.

Hi Steve,
Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retest again please as this will reset the current session.
