Where is the engineer

The engineer did not turn up yesterday.

 

Over two weeks since I signed up. No TV box or router has arrived. My current supplier cut me off yesterday. I am now without either a phone, broadband and TV.

 

I am currently in IKEA using their WiFi. My daughter has tried calling all yesterday and this morning. The chat is not working.

 

I am completely stuck. I am disabled and also speech and hearing impaired. I need the phone for text relay. I don’t have a Mobile.

 

I cannot email anyone once I leave IKEA.

 

How do I get my service set up. Desperate is not even close. Am in a panic.

@Willis000  were TT supposed to be taking over a connection via the phone line ?

 

Have you received any equipment from TT ?

 

EXACTLY what service have you ordered from TT and what were you expecting to be installed ?

 

TT chat works from the link below, however you may have to adjust browser settings so that you can see that CHAT NOW button, some ad, banner and pop-up blockers suppress it.

 

Opera and Brave browsers are particularly problematic with some of their "security" features.
