Wifi channel selection

I've set the wifi channel manually on the Sagemcom  router to channel 6 but it keeps getting changed back to 1.

Same with the 5ghz channel, set to 56 but gets returned to 32. Just changed them both in the last hr but are now back to where they were. Infuriating !!

Yes, that's it sorted now. The wi-fi was overlapping with the neighbours wi-fi signal and interfering with ours and changed the 5GHz up a bit too as it was conflicting as well.

Staff can switch off wi-fi optimisation for you, @steven25.

 

It will stay that way unless you do a factory reset of the router or it gets a firmware update..... in which case, you pop back on here to ask for it to be switched off again, as and when.
