Wifi not working

Wifi box has the white light but no devices are working when connected to the network. They just say no internet connection. Tried resetting and switching off at wall but still nothing

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Are you still unable to connect at the moment?
