Hello,
I am starting to work from home again but am having trouble connecting Windows VPN (OS is Windows 10). I was told by our technical department that TalkTalk would need to change/ update the firmware for my router. Other colleagues who also use TalkTalk as their broadband provider have requested this very same thing and it has been successful. I have put my landline number on my community profile. Hopefully you have all the information you require.
Please can you provide assistance?

Thank you for creating a new topic.
I will need to make a change to your router firmware, when would be the best time to do this?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
