My pc will not work on the internet via a wired connection.

No idea why, was fine yesterday her all wired connections are now not working! I use and need this for when I work from home as well as for use with several hobbies and am now stuck.

@Debbie-TalkTalk  yes I have and I have returned the old one.

Not much difference. For the price I pay per month the service isn't good enough. Will be leaving in the next week or so

Hi @S7777

Thank you 🙂

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with the replacement router.

Thanks again.

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then send you a replacement router.

Thanks

Hi S7777

Would you like me to send a new router for testing?

I have to reset the router almost every day for the wired connection to work. Fed up with problems and will be leaving talk talk very soon to be honest

Hi S7777

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?

What make/model of router do you have?

Please can you go to the command prompt if it is a Windows PC and issue this command followed by the Enter key:-

ipconfig /all

Then copy the output & paste it into a PM to me(to preserve your privacy).
