If the chat icon is not showing you may need to refresh the page until it shows.
If you get the icon but not a chat window you may have to disable and pop up blocker do the window appears.
Alternatively you could try another browser if you have one installed.

Another alternative is to start a thread here if you have a technical issue, detailing what is wrong, the model number of any device, and what you have tried do far to rectify the issue and staff should pick this up tomorrow.
