Morning,

I've re-checked the connection stats now and the sync speed has increased. If there is still no improvement in throughput speeds then please can you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retest the speeds again as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speeds.

Thanks

Hi spirit1,

As ferguson has said, DLM will at least 48 hours to respond to any improvement by moving you to a faster profile

It won't change immediately. DLM will monitor your line and if it is seen to be stable any adjustments will happen in the small hours. Give it a couple of days as the support team have advised.

Hi spirit1,

Have you tried posting the photo using the camera (insert photo) icon?

After you have removed the faceplate you need a plugin microfilter for the test socket to which you can then connect the router.

Hi spirit1

If the connection is now stable then DLM should start to adjust the profile to increase the speed.

Would it be possible to connect the router at the test socket for 48hrs (without rebooting) We can then check the connection stats again on Wednesday to see if DLM has made any changes to the speed/profile.

Thanks

Debbie
