fibre 150 upgrade

I have recently upgraded to fibre 150 assured it will reach my remote locations. My Currently fibre 65 with traditional router works well

I have a 14 day change of mind in the contract.

the engineers are not due to install until 14th January 2025 that is outside of the 14 days.

What happens if the engineers arrive and they cant get me the signals to my remote locations. with the supplied kit.

I do not intend to invest any more in extra equipment and I would simply want to stay as I am. Will they accept that and return me to my existing agreement

Your current service will carry on working. If you have been told that full fibre is available to you then it should all go ahead. If for some reason this can't be done then of course you won't be liable for anything.
