i had new fibre cable fitted into house.4 green lights but no internet.fitter installed new rooter and my devices connect to rooter but says no internet.rooter has red light.i am still using old system plugged into white box with old rooter and this is still working

Just to confirm, is this a FTTP connection? What is the make and model of the router that won't connect? Is the older router a Wifi Hub?
