Hi ricnat
The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
Thanks
Debbie

Hi ricnat
I'm really sorry to hear this.
The line test is clear, no faults detected.
I think we should send a replacement router for testing. Would you like me to arrange this?
Thanks
Debbie

Hi @ricnat,
What model of router do you have ?
What do the light(s) do on the router when you are having problems ?
Are the devices you are using connected to the router 'wired' or 'wireless' ?
The TalkTalk Support Team on this community will be able to help, they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
