Hi i have been trying to get in touch with you about my TalkTalk account but can't get hold of anyone I have even sent you emails about my account but still nothing back and I am worried that you will stop my broadband until we can sort this out. You sent me an email saying that my contract was ending in April and would I like to sign up for another 18 months for the price of £25.00 a month I ticked the box to say yes I would like this but nobody as got back to me. the only email I have got from you was saying my next bill is going to be £34.87 well this is the wrong amount it should be for the £25.00 that I agreed to for the next 18 months. so what I have done at the moment is cancelled my direct debit until I can speak to someone at TalkTalk about this as I can't afford to pay that amount of £34.87 a month. i am disabled and on lockdown as well. so really need your help with this please I am desperate to get this sorted as its making me feel unwell with worry.
