Services switched back on

No one is helping me ! I keep getting told different things from all of your advisors. I am. Really stressed out and confused and I need help and I need my wifi switched back on and no one is helping me ! I have been a loyal customer with talk talk for 4 years an the customer service I have received is appalling ! I recently broke up with my partner and the account was connected to his bank when we broke up he deleted this and I did not realise my payments were not going through Therefore my services got switched off and my account went to debt recovery. I have set up a payment plan and have already paid £60 towards it. I was advised that as long as I had started paying this off I would be able to have my services switched back on! So needed to wait for the first payment to go through before you could switch it back on. You have still be charging me whilst my services were switched off and now I have a bill of 178 when I was advised that it would be paused !!! I have just rang up to set up a direct debit for my account and get my services switched back on as I need this I work from home and I need the wifi ! I have bank statements and proof of the payments I have made to the debt recovery however I request that you delete the charges you have been charging me whilst my services have been switched of as no one has advised me I would still be charged I was advised this would be paused ! This is really stressing me out and I need help I need my services switched back on asap every time I ring I keep getting passed to different advisors and told different things and I’m getting really stressed out and confused. I work full time and it’s really hard for me to have the time to sort this out please can this be escalated to a manager as I am really upset how no one is helping me solve this issue I need my services back on an will set up a direct debit again.

Unfortunately the account is fully disconnected and cannot be restored without placing a brand new order via the sales team.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
