In the last 5 months or so mine and my wife’s iPhones keep losing WiFi signal from our talk talk router (sagecom)
to reconnect you have to toggle WiFi off and on on our phones
this has never been an issue before in my 5 years with talk talk

Further to my last post, all WIFI hubs will be updated to this new FW version over the next couple of weeks so I've pushed the latest update to your router.

Hi Debbie, new router is a big improvement as no issues yet with iPhone
The old router serial no is N7192044N013142 and will be posted back this week

I'm so glad to hear this.
Would this issue/fault usually have happened by now? (if it was still occurring)
Would it be possible to send me the serial number from the old router? Our Devices Team have asked to track this router when it's returned so they can run some tests on it.
