@Rebecca59

You have posted on an old and dormant thread. If you start your own topic and give us a bit more detail we can start to help.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Hi Basil50

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes?

Thanks

Hi @Basil50,

Have you tried leaving your router switched off for over 30 minutes, this will ensure it creates a new 'session' in the street cabinet when you switch it back on, would be interesting to see if a new session will resolve the issue.

Would also be worth checking Homesafe, just to see if you have any settings switched on that could be blocking things.
