TV stating no Internet connection?

Which box do you have?

 

How is it connected? Wired? Powerline adaptors? WiFi?

 

Check all connections and restart devices starting with the TV Box, and working backwards to the router.

 

YouView boxes are known you lose connection occasionally but soon reconnect on their own.

 

Please let us know how you get on and the box type and what you tried if it still continues.
