we dont have internet connection for two weeks already. They keep on promising to repair it but nothing happened. i kept calling customer service but all they can do is book an appointment for an engineer. Then nothing happens. I booked yesterday for today. Nothing happened. I booked the other day. Also the day before. I booked last week. Nothing happened. I am starting to think they have neglected us.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
