port forwarding sagecom router

I have a sagecom fast 5364 router, running SG4K100136 firmware and up until about a week ago my port forwarding was working perfecting.

It suddenly stopped working and I am no longer able to add a new rule as it keeps saying error message "operation could not complete, something wrong happened". Is this a firmware update issue?  Any suggestions? I have tried restarting the router!

Hi

 

Have you tried a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router.  Set the router back up and see if this will process the forwarding rule.
