I was sent a new router, was asked to send old one back, but no return back was in with packaging 

is this place to request one, if not how do I get one

It is helpful if you can complete your community forum profile details, @rockmonkey123, for staff to identify your account.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
