My router keeps restarting when using the wifi via my laptop (all the lights turn off on the router, then power light then turns red, then the other lights start flashing green). This is happening multiple times a day for a week.
I have tried resetting the router and disconnecting all other devices except the laptop non of which help
There are no problems when I connect the laptop to the router via an ethernet cable, or when I use the laptop on other wifi networks. I have also tried reinstalling the wifi driver on the laptop and carrying out all updates.
I have got talk talk to check the line and they report no problems with the broadband line
Any ideas how i can fix this?

Hi
I can see we have now received a cease order from another supplier. As the service is ceasing and you are leaving us, we are unable to dispatch another router.
Thanks
Karl.

Hi lg398
I'm really sorry to hear this.
I think we should send a different make and model of router for testing. Are you happy for me to arrange this?
Thanks
Debbie
