slow broadband

I'm only getting 4mb at best, Others offering 10 x this.
you offer minimum of 11mb on your adverts,
done the tests 7 you say everything is fine but it is slow,

Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-
1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. What package are you on?
3. If you log into the router, what speeds does that detect?
4. If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?
5. Which WiFi band are your slow devices connected to, the 2.4 or 5GHz bands, perhaps a mixture of the two?
