specific site suddenly not working through wifi

I need to connect to www.raterhub.com on my pc for my work. If I try on the pc it just times out, if I connect using my phone through wifi it's the same, however, if I use my phones data it connects fine (I can not use my phone for work though).
Have Talktalk suddenly started blocking the one website I need for my work?

@Debbie-TalkTalk same problem I'm afraid, connection timeout when trying to connect to www.raterhub.com. All other sites working and I can connect fine if using my phones data.

I will turn the router off for half hr but it seems very odd that's the only site that's not working again? It's timing out ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Hello,

 

Are you seeing any specific error messages? Have you tried the 30 minute router power down today as this will reset the current session?

It's happening again. www.raterhub.com is being blocked by talktalk, I can see it when I use tracert. PLEASE can you get this permanently unblocked? This is my work website.

*no payments are outstanding or anything like that

Sorted thanks. The problem was my card had been flagged for fraud as it had been cloned last week, so talktalk payment hadn't gone through. Talktalk had blocked the site I used most (raterhub.com), I guess as 'encouragement' to contact them and make payment...

Hello,

 

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retested this again as this will reset the current session?
