My download speed of my device is only13Mbps although talktalk says 49Mbps. I have superfast Fibre Broadband.

@Krishna2,

As well as completing your profile as requested to allow staff to look into your issues, it may also help people to advise you if you could provide a bit more detail to narrow down the cause of the fault.

Are you suffering the slow speed on just one device, or multiple devices?

Is it just WiFi connected devices, or are devices connected via ethernet also affected?

If your sync speed is good as you appear to be saying, yet the throughput speed is poor on all (wired and WiFi) devices, it may be worthwhile switching off your router for 30 minutes to ensure that it starts a new session at the cabinet when it reconnects. (I could be wrong but I'm assuming you're on a Fibre65 FTTC service, phrases like "Superfast Fibre" don't really tell us very much).
